Rules for Using Termy Zakopiańskie

1. The current opening hours of Termy Zakopiańskie are available at the Reception Desk. The passage is located on the 2nd floor. Water attractions are switched off 30 minutes prior to closing
2. Each person staying in the room will receive one electronic wristband marked with a number and the letters A, B, C, or D. Children under 3 years of age are not required to have a wristband.
3. Hotel wristbands are not compatible with the readers at Termy Zakopiańskie.
4. Hotel lockers (white) are located on the left-hand side of the entrance to the changing rooms.
5. Bathrobes and towels are available in the wardrobe in your room.
6. Each Guest is required to scan their wristband upon entering and exiting Termy Zakopiańskie. If the wristband is not scanned upon exit, the time will be charged until 12:00 midnight.
7. If the time limit assigned to the selected package is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the current price list – PLN 8 for every commenced 10 minutes.
8. After activating the hotel credit on your wristband, you may use paid services at Termy Zakopiańskie (e.g. sauna, bar, etc.). All additional charges will be settled at the Hotel Reception.
9. On the day of check-out, please return all issued wristbands to the Hotel Reception. The fee for a lost wristband is PLN 30.
10. The passage to Termy Zakopiańskie is closed between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Any violation of this rule may result in a financial penalty.
