Rules for Using the Zakopane Thermal Baths
1. Current opening hours of the Zakopane Thermal Baths are available at the reception. The passage is located on the 2nd floor. Water attractions are turned off 30 minutes before closing.
2. Each person in the room should receive one watch, marked with a number and letters A,B,C,D. Children under 3 years old do not need to have a watch.
3. Hotel watches are not compatible with readers in the Zakopane Thermal Baths.
4. Hotel lockers (white) are on the left side from the entrance to the cloakroom.
5. Bathrobes and towels are located in the wardrobe in your room.
6. Each guest is asked to tap their watch when entering and exiting the Thermal Baths. If the watch is not tapped when leaving the Zakopane Thermal Baths, the time will be charged until 24:00.
7. If the time dedicated to the selected package is exceeded, a fee will be charged according to the current price list: 8 PLN for every started 10 minutes.
8. After opening a hotel credit on your watches, it is possible to use paid services of the Zakopane Thermal Baths (Sauna, Bar, etc.), which will be settled at the hotel reception.
9. On the day of check-out, please return all borrowed watches to the Hotel Reception. The fee for losing a watch is 30 PLN.
10. From 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, access to the passage to the Zakopane Thermal Baths is forbidden. Violating this prohibition will result in a financial penalty.
